We use sprinkler irrigation around the house. The lawn does not look like an English green at all. The summer is hot and we water most of the time between early July to late August to prevent drought!

The main gate and the door next to it are in white lacquered aluminium. The door is electronically controlled from the videophone and the main gate is controlled by two push buttons, one is located next to it and the other one next to the videophone, and also by remote controls.

The outside lighting is fitted with a sensor system.

A security camera covers the backyard and can be watched on a computer or a mobile phone from any location in the world.

There is a lot of space to park many cars if you have a lot of guests.

Although the airport is not far, the planes do not bother us. If we spot a plane, it is already high in the sky and not noisy at all. Nothing compared with West London and Heathrow !
